Polyvalent generates personalized training plans based on the information you provide. Plans are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscription and payment

Some features require a paid subscription, handled through our payment processor. Pricing is shown to you before any purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Health disclaimer

Consult a qualified health professional before starting any training program. Polyvalent is not liable for injuries resulting from the use of generated plans.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polyvalent disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
